Generic terms and conditions & privacy agreement

All Participants in any Mehut Event waive any responsibility from the Mehut Organization and/or from any of it's Partners or Parent Organizations, for any damage or loss suffered, and/or any medical or other assistance that will be necessary to provide them with, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Every Participant accepts upon itself full responsibility for any damage or loss caused, voluntary or involuntary, to the maximum extent of the law. It is the Participants full responsibility to reimburse and/or legally confront any person or property that will present any kind of charge or demand as a result of the actions of the Participants.

The Participants waive Mehut and it's Partners and/or Parent Organizations, from any responsibility concerning any dispute between the Participant and any other Person and/or Property.The Participants understand and accept that it is their Responsibility to ensure they are fully covered by a Medical Insurance for the entire duration of their Stay at the Mehut Event, and that the Participants will reimburse Mehut for any extraordinary expense spent for any Medical or other Emergency cause.

The Participants understand and accept that their participation in Mehut's Events is granted solely by Mehut's Discretion and that if at any time, the Mehut Direction decides to expel a Participant from the Event, they are entitled to do so without incurring in any Legal or Informal confrontation, and without being required to express a given reason for their decision.

All participants joining the Event are provided the Hotel, F&B and tours services on condition of joining all the mandatory Programs of the Event, which are indicated in the Schedule Brochure, with a * symbol near each activity that is such. Failure in participating to those activities may incur in losing partially or fully the Travel Refund and/or being banned from future Mehut Events.

We expect all our Participants to behave in a manner that is far from the situations discussed in this Disclaimer, which is intended for informational and Legal purposes only.

By joining Mehut's programs, and/or gatherings, participants give their expressed consent to the use by Mehut and any of it's partners, of any footage and/or other visual and/or audio material that may contain images of their body or face, in their entirety or partially, and/or images taken by them and shared by them voluntarily with any other member of the group during any Mehut event and/or gathering.
